Responsibilities
Leading and mentoring staff
Forming long-term relationships with clients
Pursuing new work, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts
Working with diverse multi-discipline teams
Supporting and engaging with Global Integrated Delivery (GID) teammates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering
Demonstrated understanding of one or all of the following drinking water treatment and reuse, wastewater treatment, and/or treatment processes and technologies
Multi-discipline design management experience
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities
Project management experience for water utility projects
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work
Professional Engineer (PE) License
Preferred
Experience with process mechanical design and willingness to perform as the discipline lead role on an as-needed basis
More than 8 years of experience
Master's Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering
