Qualification

Required

Minimum of 2+ years in a professional Help Desk environment handling and troubleshooting 25-35 incidents daily

Microsoft Office Suite (2013/2016/2019/365)

Expertise in troubleshooting Windows performance and connectivity issues

Software application troubleshooting

ServiceNow ticketing system

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Ability to adapt and learn industry-specific tools

Preferred

Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools like Intune preferred

Legal experience would be a plus
