Coordinate and support operational planning efforts across various business functions

Develop and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders to enhance business operations

Analyze operational processes to determine project requirements and define scopes

Prepare detailed reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data

Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained and enforced within the organization

Contribute to team objectives by delivering results aligned with organizational goals

Collaborate with deployment operations and product leads to streamline workflows

Document and communicate findings to drive improvements in operational efficiency

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced knowledge of its functionalities

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a relevant field

Proven ability to coordinate projects and manage workflows effectively

Experience in preparing and summarizing detailed reports

Familiarity with deployment processes and operational planning
