Mid, Senior LevelSnapCode Inc is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant who will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting integrations between Workday and various third-party systems. The role requires a blend of functional Workday knowledge, technical integration skills, and strong client-facing consulting abilities.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and support testing of the Workday integration codebase, utilizing tools such as Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), and Core Connectors
Develop complex custom integrations using Workday Studio for scenarios where EIBs or Core Connectors are insufficient, often involving XSLT (XML transformation), XML, and occasionally Java for data manipulation and logic
Expertly utilize Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs) to facilitate seamless data exchange with external systems
Collaborate with clients and functional teams to gather, understand, and analyze detailed business requirements for integrations
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on Workday integration best practices, architecture, and security
Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems related to integrating Workday with external applications, covering a range of areas like HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance
Oversee and execute comprehensive integration testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution to ensure a smooth transition to go-live
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, ensuring system reliability and optimal performance
Create technical design documents for inbound and outbound integrations
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in all Workday integrations
Qualification
Required
Deep hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services
Strong understanding and application of modern integration technologies like XML, XSLT, MVEL, and APIs
Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes (especially HR and/or Finance), and data structures
Proven ability to work in a client-facing role, managing project deliverables, escalating risks, and setting strategic direction
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Workday Integration certification, often with a preference for Studio certification, is highly desirable
