AIM Technical Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-profile federal application modernization effort. This role involves overseeing a cross-functional team in transitioning from a legacy .NET framework to a modern Azure cloud architecture, requiring strategic leadership and Agile/Scrum adherence.

Responsibilities

Contract Execution: Serve as the primary point of contact for the government client, ensuring all deliverables (technical, administrative, and security) are met on time and within scope

Agile Leadership: Manage the project using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Facilitate or oversee all scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) to ensure rapid feature delivery

Technical Reporting: Produce professional-quality technical documentation, including project plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), risk registers, and technical white papers

Resource Management: Coordinate a remote team of 10+ technical staff, ensuring key personnel availability for client meetings and strictly managing staffing changes/substitutions

Risk & Quality: Maintain a comprehensive Risk Register and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), proactively identifying blockers in cloud migration or legacy bridge development

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering from an accredited university
