Senior Manager, Content Innovations- Walmart Connect

Responsibilities
Define and own the content innovation roadmap in alignment with Walmart Connect business priorities
Identify opportunities where AI, automation, or new content models can unlock scale and efficiency
Balance experimentation with operational rigor, ensuring innovations are scalable and sustainable
Lead pilots and deployments of AI-powered tools for content creation, summarization, tagging, personalization, and insights
Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Brand teams to establish responsible AI guidelines and governance
Translate complex technology concepts into practical, usable workflows for content and sales teams
Design modular, reusable content frameworks that enable rapid customization by vertical and industry teams
Enable 'build once, personalize many' approaches that reduce duplication and improve reuse
Partner with Edit Ops to ensure frameworks meet quality and compliance standards
Run structured pilots and proofs-of-concept for new content formats, workflows, and enablement experiences
Define success metrics, gather feedback, and determine go-forward recommendations
Scale successful pilots into core operating models in partnership with Systems
Collaborate with Systems to integrate innovation into platforms like Seismic
Partner with Vertical, Industry, Sales, and Marketing leaders to ensure innovations address real business needs
Act as a thought partner and advisor on the future of content enablement at Walmart Connect
Define KPIs to measure adoption, productivity gains, time-to-market improvements, and content effectiveness
Use data and insights to refine the innovation roadmap and prioritize investments
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of experience in content strategy, innovation, marketing operations, or digital transformation
Demonstrated experience leading AI or automation initiatives in a content or enablement environment
Strong understanding of content workflows, governance, and enterprise brand considerations
Proven ability to lead experimentation and translate pilots into scalable solutions
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 3 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 7 years' experience in marketing or related field
Preferred
Leading cross-functional projects
Marketing or related field
Supervisory experience
Masters: Business Administration
