This role involves supporting the sales purchase order process in a manufacturing environment, providing customer service and managing inventory levels.

Responsibilities

Support sales manager with purchase order requests
Enter sales orders and process information accurately
Evaluate and track inventory levels and communicate process with internal team effectively
Provide strong customer service and support for customer inquiries
Provide shipping updates and invoicing requirements
Organize data in excel and accurately input customer information
Adhere to policies and process for company standards
