They are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Admin Assistant to manage the front desk, handle administrative tasks, and support various departments with clerical duties.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Arrange travel and accommodations
Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be at least 21 years old
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times
Able to travel as needed
Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
Warehouse temperatures can vary throughout the seasons
Must be able to perform all the essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
