Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight: Review and validate content recommendations for therapists. Ensure the tools we provide meet ethical standards and can be confidently integrated into therapeutic practice
Trust & Safety Protocols: Establish and refine safety protocols, risk assessment frameworks, and crisis intervention guidelines. Shape how we identify and respond to users in distress
Responsible AI Integration: Provide strategic guidance on AI features, including defining clear boundaries for chatbot behavior and escalation thresholds
Therapist Tools Strategy: Advise on product features that support therapists' workflows. Ensure our platform genuinely serves therapists’ work rather than complicating it
Ethical Standards: Set the bar for integrity across our platform and help ensure we're building responsibly
Qualification
Required
Licensed Clinical Psychologist with deep experience in clinical practice
Extensive experience in clinical psychology with a nuanced understanding of therapeutic practice, ethics, and the complexities of mental health care
Interest in or experience with digital therapeutics, online mental health platforms, or technology's role in clinical practice
Able to translate complex clinical concepts into clear recommendations for product and operations teams
Preferred
Maintaining an active practice or holding academic appointments that keep you close to the field
Experience advising tech companies or startups
