Responsibilities

Lead the strategic management of client accounts including strategy creation, analysis, and team management

Serves as the lead for client communication and relationship management

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns and deliverables align with client goals

Plan, create, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance with a data-driven mindset

Assess campaign results and provide actionable recommendations for improvement

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives

Identify, vet, and negotiate with influencers and brand partners to drive authentic collaborations

Oversee the end-to-end management of influencer campaigns, including outreach, contracts, deliverables, and performance tracking

Analyze influencer campaign metrics and provide insights to enhance future partnerships

Write, edit, and finalize a variety of content including blog posts, social media content, creative briefs, etc

Ensure all content aligns with client messaging, brand voice, and strategic objectives

Delegate and manage the activities of AAEs, ACs, interns, and support staff

Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior team members

Required

3-5 year digital marketing experience (agency preferred)

BA or BS in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field

Experience managing both organic and paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google Ads

Working knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices

Strong work ethic and proactive attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Dedication to learning and continuous growth

Ability to adapt to a changing work environment

Must live in New Jersey with ability to drive to our Tinton Falls, NJ office from time to time
