Responsibilities
Complete final repairs, adjustments, and finishes to concrete flatwork, curbs, and related site structures
Address any deficiencies or quality concerns identified during walkthroughs
Collaborate with site supervisors and field crews to ensure project completion aligns with quality expectations
Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean work area
Communicate material needs or issues promptly to supervisors
Meet deadlines while following all safety and quality protocols
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in concrete, punch-out work, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality finishes
Proficiency in using various concrete tools and techniques
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Reliable transportation and the ability to work onsite
