Responsibilities

Review construction contract requirements for assigned projects and attend project kickoff meetings

Ensure timely weekly reporting per contract requirements and log any payment shortfalls

Support third-party contractually required monitoring as needed

Review project settings in LCPtracker for accuracy

Verify the wage determination data in LCPtracker for correctness

Load payroll information into LCPtracker and review for accuracy and completeness

Resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate payments, especially for apprentices

Generate and provide weekly payroll and apprentice reports from LCPtracker to meet customer billing requirements

Respond to general questions on prevailing wage and LCPtracker processes

Represent the company's interests when interacting with project auditors

Assist with annual and special audits as necessary

Review team member setups and timecard reports prior to processing
