Responsibilities
Develop, test, and refine AI prompts to optimize content generation for marketing, advertising, and advocacy campaigns
Experiment with different AI models and tools to improve content quality, efficiency, and automation
Collaborate with creative and client teams to enhance AI-assisted content production, including copywriting, video creation, design elements, and more
Analyze AI-generated outputs to assess effectiveness and iterate for improvement
Stay up-to-date with advancements in generative AI, including emerging tools, ethical considerations, limitations, etc
Document findings and contribute to internal knowledge sharing on AI prompt engineering best practices
Qualification
Required
A 1% better iterative mindset
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Gemini, MidJourney, Replit, and DALL·E
Basic understanding of prompt engineering techniques, along with concrete examples of projects you have used AI to complete
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
Preferred
Workflow building tools like Zapier
