Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to 90-minute driving distance)
Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply
Qualify the prospective businesses and guide them through the application process
Lead activity and manage pipeline in Salesforce
Support Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings
Collaborate with the Field Manager to work with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis
Qualification
Required
2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience
Outside/Field sales experience required, including door knocking/territory sales
CRM experience is required; Salesforce preferred
Customer service expertise
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and a high sense of urgency
Attention to detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field
Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology
Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip distance daily
Preferred
Field sales experience is a plus
Prior experience in a role involving sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus
