Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5-8 years of relevant experience
3-7 years of technical sourcing experience
Proficiency in technical recruiting, sourcing, and using ATS
Experience working with large tech companies
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to navigate different platforms
Ability to write Boolean strings
Demonstrated candidate engagement and stakeholder experience
Preferred
Experience as a tech recruiter
Background in linguistics or AI
Experience working with large language models
Experience with AI technologies
