Responsibilities

Architect detailed, logic-based engineering release plans and supplemental schedules in Microsoft Project in support of the IMS
Functions as a lead for multiple Engineering Planners. Exerts influence at the higher levels of the Program and organization
Work closely with Engineers and Engineering CAMs to develop credible and executable schedules and release plans. Drives accountability and influences stakeholders at senior management levels
Work closely with Program Planning to help develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Primary POC Engineering Planning during the proposal phase of a Program and help develop the Engineering planning Concept of Operations for the program, provide inputs for Basis of Estimates and architect early supplemental schedules
Collaborate with Program Planning and Operations Planning counterparts frequently to maintain vertical and horizontal schedule traceability across the Program as part of the Demand Management process

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with 10+ years of relevant work experience in planning, scheduling, or manufacturing
Current experience using Microsoft Project Server or Open Plan
High level understanding of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Ability to multi-task, organize and delegate effectively
Advanced understanding of spacecraft architecture, manufacturing and test
Ability to act with urgency and diplomacy to challenging issues and customers
Ability to exert influence, develop enduring relationships and energize the team
