They are seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to manage a high-volume portfolio of nonimmigrant matters for corporate clients, ensuring accurate and timely filings and compliance with immigration regulations.

Responsibilities

Analyze NIV eligibility and escalate complex issues
Draft NIV petitions: Forms I‑129 (H‑1B, L‑1, O‑1, TN), I‑539, and I‑765 for dependents
Draft employer letters, job descriptions, org charts, and evidence summaries supporting eligibility
Assist on H‑1B lifecycle: cap registrations, petition prep/filing, post‑decision steps; file LCAs in FLAG, verify FEIN, post notices, and create Public Access Files; monitor wage/worksite compliance and amendments
Monitor deadlines and status; track receipts, approvals, RFEs, and consular outcomes; respond to agency inquiries; maintain accurate docketing and reports
Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance (I‑9, export‑control escalations, site‑visit readiness)
Manage a high volume of active NIV matters; prioritize and meet deadlines with high accuracy and service standards
Monitor and respond to email (external and internal) in a timely and professional manner

Required

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
2+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience required, preferably in a large law firm environment
Knowledge of the NIV (Nonimmigrant Visa) process
Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work independently toward team goals
Outstanding organizational skills are required
Be able to multitask and work independently toward team goals
Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems
