Responsibilities
Capture, organize, and execute high-quality video content for digital and social channels that inspire and engage
Develop creative concepts and storyboards individually or in collaboration with producers, writers, and editors
Direct and manage shoots—on property, on location, and in studio—ensuring visual excellence and brand alignment
Scout locations, assess potential obstacles, and propose innovative solutions that meet creative goals and budgets
Operate and maintain a variety of video, lighting, and audio equipment, including cameras, gimbals, dollies, and studio gear
Partner closely with marketing, brand, and broadcast teams to meet deadlines and uphold content standards
Continuously research and apply new video production and editing techniques to enhance storytelling and production value
Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced, and high-volume creative environment while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field; or equivalent education and experience
3+ years of experience in video production, or related experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of lighting, composition, and digital video techniques
Proficient with video and photo editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, or Avid
Skilled in directing on-camera talent and managing productions from concept to completion
Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible schedule for shoots that may occur outside standard business hours
Preferred
Resort, hospitality, or entertainment industry experience preferred
