Responsibilities
Assist with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS Management System elements pertaining to all Lucid operations
Serve as the project leader for Lucid’s EHS Management Systems to ensure continual conformance to ISO 140001 & ISO 45001 standards
Provide governance for EHS information systems, EHS business processes and data integrity
Provide technical support on critical business needs, by effectively collaborating with users to solve technical issues, and author technical specification documents
Architect solutions to integrate EHS systems with existing Cloud infrastructure, manage deployments and system maintenance
Work closely with third-party vendors including software providers and consultants to implement new solutions
Lead the Documentation control system, create and execute EHS project plans, develop functional requirement documents, process flows, gap analysis, testing scenarios, managing QA/UAT, and managing tasks
Enable informed decision making by developing EHS performance metrics reports – Business Intelligent (BI) reports, EHS report cards, and EHS KPIs dashboard tools
Continuously drives improvements and automation to increase quality, improve employee experience, and enable rapid scaling
Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders (such as Finance, IT, business functions, and external service
Qualification
Required
5 + years' experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
Demonstrated successful delivery of results through influence and cross-functional collaboration
Organized, analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solver, and focused on results
