They are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases and support settlement negotiations and trial preparation.

Law Practice

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases, from intake through settlement
Draft correspondence, discovery responses, and legal documents (demands, 93A letters, releases, etc.)
Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
Maintain and update case files in Filevine to ensure accuracy and completeness
Monitor client treatment and prepare detailed case summaries for attorney review
Support attorneys with settlement negotiations, mediations, and trial preparation

Required

At least two years of prior experience at another injury law firm
Minimum 1 year of experience as a personal injury paralegal at another law firm
Strong understanding of the personal injury process — PIP, liability, medical records, and settlements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure
Dependable, proactive, and committed to client service excellence

Preferred

Experience with Filevine or other case management software
Portuguese and Spanish speaking skills
