Required
Proficiency in Lease Negotiations and Brokerage to deliver seamless property agreements
Strong expertise in Commercial Real Estate transactions and Tenant Representation
Experience in Sales and ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Valid real estate license in New Jersey is required
Preferred
Knowledge of the New Jersey industrial real estate market is an advantage
