Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities
Contact provided leads to coordinate and schedule virtual client meetings
Assist in presenting benefit programs and enrolling new clients
Maintain accurate records and follow established sales workflows
Collaborate with managers to set goals and meet performance targets
Provide ongoing client support and relationship management
Qualification
Required
Must currently reside in Canada or the United States
Possession of an insurance license or willingness to obtain one
Laptop or desktop computer with a working camera
Basic computer proficiency
Strong English communication skills
Willingness to learn, be coached, and follow proven systems
Preferred
Sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude with a long-term career mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
