The Residential Outbound Sales and First Impression Specialist will engage with customers both in-store and over the phone, assisting them with inquiries and making outbound sales calls to acquire new customers.

Responsibilities
Be a friendly face and voice in our storefront and over the phone by educating potential customers on the benefits of fiber optics and ALLO
Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers in payments, bill inquiries, service issues, handling equipment returns, and completing general office duties as assigned
Being resourceful
Match our services and products to the customers’ needs by displaying excellent listening skills
Submit sales through ALLO’s website and schedule installations
Document, track, and call leads through our LeadAgent CRM and other various lists
You’ll learn the ins and outs of our customer service system (NISC) and help where needed
Being flexible with what’s needed (which changes daily)
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Exceptional customer service to all walk-in customers and prospective customers
Knowledge of the benefits of ALLO products: Internet, TV, and Phone
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills and time management
Ability to learn and grasp new concepts on the job with a willingness to learn
Good communication and customer service skills
Availability to occasionally work evenings and weekends for local events
Ability to logically work through challenges
Self-starter who takes initiative and can stay focused on a project through to completion
Passion for people and putting our customers first
Remain stationery for extended periods
Remain upright on feet for extended periods
Ability to communicate information
Ability to operate a computer
Possess/Maintain a valid Driver's License
Raise objects up to 25 lbs
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
