Investor Relations Associate

The Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for managing investor onboarding, capital activity, and relationship management, while ensuring data integrity and providing support for investor inquiries.

Responsibilities
Support the onboarding and subscription process for new investors by coordinating documentation, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, and maintaining high-quality investor data
Maintain data integrity in the investor portal to ensure accurate and up-to-date investor information including contact details, entity information, account instructions, and portal access
Monitor and maintain investor records by closing inactive investments, merging duplicate accounts, updating payment instructions, and ensuring asset details are current once projects have been closed
Support capitalizing projects by issuing notices, tracking equity requirements, and accurately recording capital calls
Coordinate with internal teams to execute treasury management requests, including equity requirements, capital inflows, and investor distributions
Enter distribution details into the investor portal and ensure timely and accurate recording of payments as they are processed
Provide responsive and professional support to investor inquiries via phone, email, events, webinars, and scheduled meetings
Monitor investor communications and deliver efficient, thorough, and solution-oriented responses
Assist with preparation and coordination of investor reports, presentations, and communications including quarterly and annual reporting, project updates, call presentations, case studies, and ad-hoc investor requests
Craft and update marketing materials for current offerings, including pitch decks, opportunity summaries, and other external-facing collateral
Support annual tax reporting through document delivery, communication to investors, and organized record retention
Plan and participate in investor engagement initiatives including events, roadshows, webinars, and investor meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Communications, or related field
1-3 years of experience in investor relations, real estate, finance, or related business function
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present information clearly and professionally
Demonstrated initiative to learn and deepen understanding of investor relations processes, real estate fundamentals, and capital administration
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate, timely results
Proven ability to build relationships through integrity, responsiveness, and teamwork
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and at all organizational levels
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high attention to detail
Ability to manage change and adapt to evolving processes, systems, and business needs
Proven ability to use technology and systems to improve accuracy, efficiency, and workflow management
Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build trust and deliver high-quality support to both internal and external stakeholders
