Responsibilities
Support Loan Officers by gathering and reviewing client documents
Communicate with clients, underwriters, and processors to keep loans on track
Maintain accurate records and update loan files
Deliver outstanding customer service and follow up on applications
Ensure all lending processes comply with regulations and company policies
Qualification
Required
Previous Sales Experience
Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and be responsive to feedback
Availability: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, with two late nights until 9 PM
