Responsibilities
Leverage prospective client relationships through networking, negotiations, and persuasion to drive business success
Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration
Assist in the coordination of sales and marketing efforts to boost brand recognition
Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
Manage and retain relationships with existing clients and increase client base
Develop and manage sales and marketing strategies
Write business plans and cost assessments for new business developments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or management
Successful track record in B2B, B2C, consultative sales or services, sector account management or marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and self-directed, able to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other basic Computer operations
Preferred
Previous experience with CRM software is a plus
