Responsibilities
Interact directly with customers and internal partners to ensure the collection of balances due
Review orders on credit hold
Resolve disputed invoices with customers
Fulfill customer documentation requests related to invoices and payment
Collaborate with business teams regarding customer delinquency issues
Qualification
Required
2-3+ years of B2B experience
Proficiency in collections, accounts receivable, and credit reconciliation
Experience with reconciliation and aging reports
Preferred
Experience with collections management software is a plus, particularly Get Paid
