Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field
3+ years of communications experience, preferably within construction, engineering, or infrastructure environments
Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging
Experience managing stakeholder communications and media relations in high-risk or regulated industries
Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
