Responsibilities
Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices, purchase orders (POs), and expense reports, preparing them for payment
Reconcile vendor statements, accounts payable aging reports, and bank accounts to ensure accuracy
Maintain vendor master files, communicate with vendors, and resolve payment discrepancies
Assist with month-end close, generate financial reports, and maintain audit trails for tax purposes
Monitor payment cycles and identify opportunities for discounts to optimize cash flow
Use accounting software (like Concur) for processing and managing payments
Qualification
