Responsibilities
Create and manage invoices using Quickbooks
Ensure invoices are processed from start to finish
Enter invoice information into the FNS Tracker system
Submit invoices into customer supply chain software programs
Purchase repair parts using online resources and provided email contacts
Perform physical inventory audits and update the internal Tracker system
Support administrative tasks and purchasing duties as needed
Assist the management team with various tasks, including filing, faxing, and scanning paperwork
Help with printing labels and generating reports
Review and coordinate orders with other departments
Communicate with customers when necessary
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Quickbooks
Basic skills in Excel
Strong computer proficiency, including typing and using Outlook
Experience in data entry and invoice processing
3+ years of experience in procurement and administrative roles
Proficiency in procurement and supply chain management
Effective time management skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
