Account Executive, Partner Sales
WorkBright is a leading HR platform for radically simple form verification, and they are seeking an Account Executive, Partner Sales to build and scale their resale and embedded partner motion across the HR technology and employment compliance ecosystem. This role involves identifying, engaging, and closing partnerships that leverage WorkBright's solutions for a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle for net-new partner acquisition-from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
Identify, target, and engage potential resale, white-label, and embedded technology partners across HR tech, compliance, background screening, staffing, payroll, PEOs, and workforce services
Build and execute a targeted outbound strategy against a defined partner ICP using cold outreach, warm introductions, events, social selling, and strategic networking
Build and manage a partner pipeline from first touch to signed agreement, maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasting in Salesforce
Lead partner discovery conversations to understand business models, technical requirements, and go-to-market alignment
Position WorkBright's I-9 and compliance platform as a turnkey, scalable, revenue-generating solution for partners expanding their product portfolios
Act as a trusted advisor to prospective partners on compliance strategy, embedded solutions, and partner go-to-market planning
Develop partner-specific value propositions and business cases
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving product, legal, partnerships, and executive leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and Legal to structure, close, and launch partner agreements
Ensure smooth partner onboarding and successful initial launches
Represent WorkBright at industry conferences, trade shows, and partner meetings
Achieve or exceed quota tied to new partner revenue and signed agreements
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of closing experience in B2B sales
Proven success in hunter-style roles with outbound prospecting responsibility
Experience selling SaaS, platforms, or complex solutions
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building new sales motions
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Highly organized with strong pipeline management skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable to a quota
Preferred
Experience in HR tech, compliance, employment, payroll, staffing, or workforce services
Partner sales, channel sales, or resale/white-label experience
Experience selling platform, embedded, or API-driven solutions
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Bachelor's degree
