They are currently hiring for a Technician to install low voltage systems in the Baltimore & D.C. Metro area, focusing on communication cabling systems and AV equipment.

Responsibilities
Installation of low voltage communication cabling systems – consisting of copper, fiber optics, coaxial cables, and AV cabling within new commercial construction and occupied office space
Build‐out of telecommunication closets to include equipment racks, cabinets, ladder racking systems, patch panels, and AV equipment & devices
Testing, labeling, and certification of new cable installations and AV equipment
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum two (2) years experience installing low voltage communication cabling systems in commercial and government facilities
Proficient in installing, terminating and testing copper and fiber cables
Professional, team-oriented work ethic; willingness to learn
Adherence to regular attendance and normal schedule hours; willing to work overtime, often on short notice
Familiarity and the ability to work with various hand tools
Ability to frequently lift up to 30 lbs
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation to travel between client job sites in and around the D.C. Metro area
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment screening process that includes a background investigation, drug screen, and acceptable driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Due to client requirements, US citizenship is required
Valid Driver's License (Required) & reliable transportation
