IT Customer Service Analyst
Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to helping the US federal government improve its operations and services. Responsibilities
Receive and respond to customer issues and requests while working in a team environment, following established procedures, and updating relevant systems as appropriate
Exhibit proficient technical skills and excellent customer service
Complete hardware upgrades and repairs, troubleshoot software, and complete other technical and non-technical tasks as necessary
Work on special projects as needed
Work hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday, in the office, with frequent overtime
Occasional travel to other offices may be required
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 months experience in: Support/troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 11
Minimum 6 months experience in: Support/troubleshooting M365
Minimum 6 months experience in: Providing customer service
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
Must be a U.S. citizen
Preferred
Good communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service
CompTIA A+ certification
Microsoft Desktop certification(s)
Mobile device (Android, iOS) support
Experience repairing Dell laptops
Previous work on US Federal engagements
