Sales Team Manager
Carolina Family Estate Planning (CFEP) is seeking an experienced and people-centered Sales Manager to lead their Client Relations Department. This role involves managing a team focused on client intake, sales, and success, ensuring a smooth onboarding process while achieving sales goals and maintaining a positive team culture.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Client Relations team, including Client Relationship Managers, Welcome Specialists, and Client Success Coordinators
Own the firm's monthly and quarterly sales goals for estate planning, updates, and estate administration
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators such as conversion rates, meeting volume, and revenue growth
Collaborate with Marketing and Legal to improve the client experience and ensure consistent, value-based communication
Coach team members through client interactions, provide regular feedback, and personally step into key meetings when needed
Conducting client meetings when needed
Oversee recruiting, training, and onboarding within the department to maintain excellence and continuity
Qualification
Required
7+ years of demonstrated sales success in professional services or high-value consultative environments
5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing a team
Skilled communicator with strong emotional intelligence and attention to detail
Comfortable using data and metrics to drive performance
Experienced with CRMs and productivity tools (Lawmatics, Actionstep, Google Workspace, or similar)
Committed to proactive problem-solving, teamwork, and continuous improvement
