Lead Technician

Pavion is a global leader in providing innovative fire, security, and communication integration solutions. The Lead Technician will be responsible for performing system upgrades, servicing installed systems, and maintaining documentation and compliance with company policies.

Security & Investigations

Responsibilities

Perform system upgrades and existing system additions
Perform service to installed systems as needed
Acknowledge, implement, and enforce all SAS policies and procedures
Maintain an on-going library of all SAS policies, procedures, and technical manuals
Submit accurate and timely documentation to your immediate supervisor (job status, data entry information, time sheets)
Attend classroom, web based, and field training as directed by the Branch Manager
Comply with the SAS vehicle policy and company handbook
Maintain the appropriate truck stock supplies/tools/equipment
Maintain the appropriate basic hand tools necessary to perform required duties
Other duties may also be assigned
Please note that the essential functions may vary depending on department size, organizational structure and/or geographic location

Qualification

Electronic security serviceTroubleshootingAvigilon CamerasCcure card access systemHigh School diploma

Required

High School diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in electronic security service and troubleshooting
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record

Preferred

Experience in Avigilon Cameras and servers
Experience with Ccure card access system
