Internal Wholesaler
MassMutual is looking for a partnership-oriented Life Internal Wholesaler to join their Internal Sales Desk, aiming to broaden financial wellness and education. The role involves consulting with clients on product support and driving sales in collaboration with managing directors.

Responsibilities
Consult with our clients (broker dealers, captive agents and/or institutions) on pre-and-post-sale technical product support
Respond to inquiries from our distribution partners and advisors on products, sales designs/concepts, and product positioning
Communicate confidently with your customer base and drive sales in partnership with your territory’s Managing Director
Provide sales and marketing materials and specific sales illustration support as needed
Build your knowledge of life insurance products, riders, concepts while gaining industry knowledge and insights on market trends
Respond to email inquiries from customers and partners
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key distributors to help meet sales goals
Collaborate with various internal departments to insure proper processing of business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma + 4+ years' work experience in financial services
1+ years' working experience with life insurance clients, broker dealers, captive agents and/or institutions
FINRA SIE, Series 6 & 63 at time of application or must obtain within 6 months of hire
State Life & Health at time of application or must obtain within 6 months of hire
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
3+ years' experience of sales or sales support experience with life insurance products
FINRA SIE, Series 6 and 63 at time of application
State Life & Health at time of application
Proven communication skills (both written and verbal)
Well-established self-management skills, e.g., time management, prioritization, managing internal and external relationships
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
Extensive knowledge about individual life insurance products (i.e. Whole Life, UL, VUL and Term), practices, trends and information affecting the business and organization
Experience working with BGA's, POS's and IMO's
Experience with Salesforce
