Responsibilities

Support the transition of new products into manufacturing by driving efficient process scale-up

Design and perform experiments using DOE principles, analyze data, and document results to establish process specifications

Develop, test, and refine manufacturing processes and equipment to improve efficiency and product quality

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to develop and implement process improvements

Write standard operating procedures and work instructions to transfer processes from Engineering to Production

Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related Engineering field; or Associate degree with at least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience

0–3 years of mechanical design or manufacturing engineering experience

Experience using SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software

Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, manufacturing methods, and process troubleshooting

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Knowledge of drawings, specifications, and dimensional tolerances

This is a safety-sensitive position requiring attention to detail and adherence to all safety protocols

Preferred

Experience with FEA, CFD, or CAE tools a plus
