Preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents of all kinds including merger and acquisition documents, governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, and compliance documents
Interact well with clients and represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions of all types
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience as a senior attorney
Experience in preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents including merger and acquisition documents, governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, and compliance documents
Ability to interact well with clients and represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions
Detail-oriented
Solid work ethic
