Responsibilities

Designing digital, power, and analog circuits
VHDL design
Testing electronic hardware
Operating and automating test equipment in a lab environment
Analyzing, modeling, and simulating electronic designs
Component selection for electronic designs
Layout and routing support of printed circuit boards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major
Experience with one or more of the following: Analog, Digital Electronics, Mixed Signal, Circuit Design or Analysis, Power Electronics, VHDL, FPGA, Electrical Components, Digital Signal Processing, or PCB design
This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

3.0 cumulative GPA desired from an ABET accredited institution
Digital, Analog, and/or Power electronics coursework
Lab experience with hardware/software integration, test equipment, test automation scripting, test conduction, sensor control
Demonstrated experience with VHDL or Verilog coding, simulation, and synthesis
Knowledge of electrical circuit design, analysis and troubleshooting using common lab equipment
