The ability to motivate and mentor subordinates is also important
A working knowledge of basic office tools, the ability to maintain records, and the capability to prepare reports are required
Employees must also have a clear understanding of Agency policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
Employees should have knowledge of parks and grounds operations and maintenance
Familiarity with the use and care of tools and equipment used in the work
Demonstrate the ability to perform parks and grounds maintenance and use tools and equipment effectively
Preferred
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience
