Responsibilities
Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track revenue performance across sales, marketing, and customer success
Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement
Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders to inform decision-making
Support and maintain the integrations of our GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Marketo, etc.)
Refine ambiguous questions and generate new insights through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business
Ability to translate technical and quantitative analyses into digestible and actionable recommendations
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's or masters in a quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
4+ years of experience in analytics/data science, finance, or strategic role in a technology company
Strong SQL skills are a must
An understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics
Very strong organizational skills, with the ability to drive data initiatives and elevate the data maturity across the business
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Prior experience with DBT & Looker (or other BI tool) is a strong plus
