Responsibilities
Complete work independently and as a part of an Agile team
Support team in completing necessary software on schedule
Solve complex problems through innovative and creative solutions
Collaborate with software designers and/or software engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of software systems
Regularly demonstrate progress to customers
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of software development experience
A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of software development experience
A master's in science degree in a STEM field
A high school diploma with a minimum of 9 years of software development experience for Principal Scrum Master
A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of software development experience for Principal Scrum Master
A master's in science degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 3 years of software development experience for Principal Scrum Master
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with small technical teams
Experience working in Agile software development environments
Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) or Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM™) certification
Ability to prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish project results
Ability to obtain/maintain access to work on-site in Bellevue, NE
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
Preferred
Experience operating as a Scrum Master for an Agile software development team
Experience with DevSecOps principles and practices
Experience with object-oriented programming, web development frameworks, and full stack application architectures
Demonstrated use of configuration management (Git, Bitbucket, Mercurial, Ansible Galaxy)
Demonstrated use of collaboration tool suites (Atlassian, GitLab)
Current DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance
