Support Manufacturing Needs: Perform skilled activities that directly contribute to the efficiency and productivity of the manufacturing process
Ensure Safety: Adhere to and promote Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
Maintain High Quality: Apply high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship, ensuring that all tasks are performed to the highest quality
Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime and reliability
Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement activities, helping to identify and reduce manufacturing constraints and improve processes
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with your team and support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
Training and Development: Instruct and coach others, acting as an informal resource for team members with less capability, and engage in personal development and training
Environmental Responsibility: Recognize and minimize the environmental impact of your work, ensuring sustainable practices are followed

Required
