Responsibilities
Develop, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness and manufacturability reviews
Analyze cycle times, workflows, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints; recommend and implement process improvements (cost benefit analysis)
Assist with root-cause analysis on issues related to quality, scrap, rework, downtime, and productivity
Optimize standard work, setup sheets, work instructions, and routing information
Provide hands-on technical support to production teams during setups and process issues
Assist with equipment installs, automation projects, and process capability improvements
Partner with Maintenance on equipment commissioning and long-term reliability
Support Lean, 5S, ISO 9001, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–7 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering
Strong understanding of CNC, laser, press brake, welding, or automated systems
CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred)
Practical problem-solver who's comfortable on the shop floor
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
