Assist with scheduling required home visits on behalf of families who are receiving PCA services

Follow program guidelines

Maintain professionalism when corresponding with clients

Assist the program with any administrative duties as they are assigned

Required

1-year experience or more working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities

Experience working with Waivered Services and or PCA is a plus

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Maintain positive communication with Families, and Coworkers

Advanced communication skills both written and oral; Spanish language fluency is a plus

Ability to organize and prioritize

Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail

Maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality while working in an office environment, independently and as a team member

Advanced skills in the use of office technology, including Microsoft Office Suite

Proficient in data entry/typing skills

Preferred

Experience working with Waivered Services and or PCA is a plus

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Spanish language fluency is a plus
