Responsibilities

Manage and grow a book of business by leading renewals, analyzing client exposures, delivering customized insurance solutions, ensuring retention, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities while maintaining accurate system documentation and carrier collaboration

Lead, develop, and oversee a high-performing service team by setting expectations, coaching, managing workload and KPIs, handling escalations, supporting hiring and performance management, and ensuring consistent, high-quality client service

Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and profitability by enforcing ethical standards, safeguarding client confidentiality, monitoring service levels and market trends, partnering cross-functionally, and proactively identifying and resolving risks or challenges

Qualification

P&C Insurance ExperienceClient Service ManagementProcess ImprovementPerformance Metrics DevelopmentBachelor’s Degree

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, operations, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of related experience in P&C with a carrier, broker, or consulting firm with a strong history of client service

Preferred

Experience leading and implementing new and improved P&C processes that include the development of measurable performance goals, metrics, and benchmarks
