Responsibilities
Partner with the Business Development, Global Product Solutions, gTech, and Product teams to launch or scale successful partner programs
Design comprehensive cross-vertical strategies and actionable playbooks to drive partner onboarding, enablement, and growth
Analyze program performance, identify growth areas, and report insights to leadership
Build relationships and drive alignment across teams to promote partner initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program or project management
Experience with business development or go-to-market
Experience with a sales organization or partner ecosystem
Preferred
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Demonstrated success in partner development
Ability to flourish in a changing, global environment and adjust quickly to changing priorities
Excellent communication and people management skills to foster effective partnerships across teams
