Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales bonus process, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures, and manage outsourced partners who provide customer support to Sales Googlers
Partner with stakeholders in Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Compensation, Corporate Engineering, People Ops, and various other cross-functional teams to ensure Sales Googlers are paid in accordance with Google's sales incentive compensation strategy and policies
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with sales bonus payments, investigating root causes and developing mitigation strategies
Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes and systems to further streamline operations, reduce operational risk, and improve the Sales Googler experience
Provide analytics and insights to Sales and Compensation leadership to help drive business growth and identify issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in management consulting, or an operations-related function; or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications
Experience leading complex process improvement projects
Experience designing, implementing, and testing processes and controls for standard systems and custom applications
Experience applying statistical methods, SQL, and dashboard design
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with excellent project management and data analysis skills
