Provide legal counsel to individuals, businesses and governmental entities including land acquisition, contract preparation and negotiation, leasing, financeable ground leasing, development, financing, and construction
Address related areas including municipal incorporation and annexation, subdivision, tax incentive and zoning issues
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Real Estate and transactional matters
Strong understanding of business law and principles
Proficiency in legal research, drafting agreements, and transactional documents
Proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred
Experience in tax structuring of real estate transactions and ownership entities
