Sales Business Development
iBynd is an innovative company providing insurance distributors with a digital platform for quick commercial insurance policy management. They are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive partnerships with wholesalers and MGAs, leveraging existing relationships to enhance the adoption of their platform.
Responsibilities
Drive new partnerships with wholesalers, MGAs, and program administrators
Leverage existing industry relationships to accelerate adoption of the iBynd platform
Run the full cycle: outreach, discovery, demos, negotiations, and onboarding
Represent iBynd at WSIA, Target Markets, and other industry events
Drive premium growth by expanding use of the platform across partners
Qualification
Required
Existing relationships with wholesalers, MGAs, program administrators, or specialty distributors
Experience selling SaaS, tech platforms, or specialty products to wholesalers/MGAs
Strong knowledge of commercial P&C distribution and, ideally, the E&S/specialty ecosystem
Proven ability to open doors and execute high-value BD conversations
Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
